    I wish I could tell you how much it costs to live here, there are so many variables you need to keep in mind. Will you be getting a work visa, what kind of work will you look for, how much money you plan to earn? Do you plan to travel? Work on farms or in hostels? Live in the cities or the countryside. I haven’t even begun to work out how much I have spent (and think that at this point it would be a headache to do as I have been all over the country living in both expensive furnished flats and in shared accommodation).

    There are lots of sites that can possible help you. I did a quick search for “New Zealand cost of living” and came up with heaps of replies. You could try some of them to see if they will help.
